- Perfume Express and UPS delivery guarantee does not apply to packages delayed by weather disruption of the transportation network. Guarantee details are in UPS Terms and Conditions of Service published at UPS.com.
- Perfume Express does not Ship to P.O.Box orders.
- PR, AK and HI parcel post orders may take 21 business days or more to be delivered.
- The day an order is placed is not considered a transit day.
- Perfume Express is not responsible for delays in the shipment due to billing/shipping information being incorrect. Please make sure that billing and shipping address is correct. If you have placed a order with incorrect billing/shipping information, please contact customer service immediately at 1-800-765-0521. If an order is shipped and an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any addional shipping charges made by UPS.
- Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not considered business days. Packages will not be delivered on non-business days.
- UPS will not deliver ground or 3 day select packages on the day after Thanksgiving, New Years Eve or New Years Day. Please review the current UPS Holiday Schedule
- If your order arrived damaged please contact us immediately by telephone at 1-800-765-0521. Our customer service associates will process your claim immediately. All Claims must be submitted to our customer service center within three (3) business days. Please make sure all contents of the damaged shipment are kept exactly as arrived for at least (5) days. Failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim. Perfume Express will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days.
